B&B catered our wedding! We had a smoked pig, mac n cheese, baked beans, Cole slaw, and dinner roles. My family is from down south, so when I told them "I'm having a pig pickin!", they were skeptical of a northern BBQ. Thanks to B&B's talents (I already knew of), my Southern family was pleasantly surprised!! The food was amazingly good...everyone is STILL talking about it.. we even had leftovers for home! Thanks guys. It was amazing. I knew it would be 😁

Despite a slightly haggard look to the store's exterior they have a fantastic assortment of brats and meats. Gummy Bear Brat, Ghost Pepper Cheese Brat, and many more. Their creativity for various brats is unsurpassed in Northern Minnesota.

B & B has the best meat I've ever purchased or eaten. A few years back we were buying our meat at a different meat market. When Covid occurred, their quality seemed to go way down hill.

That's when I started shopping seriously at B & B. I won't ever buy meat anywhere else. Everything I get from them is such good quality meat. Steaks, especially, are excellent quality and have the best flavor!! You can't beat their brats! The variety is unbelievable and there's a flavor for everybody.

I also love their natural casing wieners, especially the coarse ground. I guess I would have to say they are the absolute best if you are looking for great quality meat at a fair price.

Be sure to give them a try. You'll never go back to grocery store meat, that's for sure!
